I agree, east or west?
Actually, WY is split by two flyways.

If you have a good job offer in WY...TAKE IT YOU FOOL!!! I made the egregeous mistake of moving away from my home...and now that I'm settled out east here with a house and job....I miss it like crazy.....There really aren't any bad spots in the state as far as I'm concerned...except the Red Desert area(Rock Springs - Rawlins)....Other than that..you are golden!
If it flies...It might not die, but by God it will get a damned good dodging workout!!!
