Injury

Today I noticed a small spot on the dogs leg. I have not noticed this spot previously and we train daily. The spot is about the size of an eraser head, looks like a small hole, with a white raised spot around the bottom half. He does not act like he feels it at all. Did not limp, lick it, etc. He is a 2yo Black male Lab for reference.
