Lost a buddy.

Sean's Chocolate Moose. January 3 2008 to Sept 21 2020. Been battling cancer for over a year and it caught up with him last night. Actually did a couple of short shallow water bumpers last week because he hit a high spot which seems common with cancer just before the end.

I know your pain. I’ve had labs for over 30 years and they were all my babies. Just think about what a good and wonderful life you two had together. He looks like a sweetheart in that picture. Just remember all the good times.

Sorry to hear the day came Mike, Moose was a good dog. Think we can still chuckle about his stunt at the hunt test, Moose being Moose and did what any real dog should do.

Always hate to see these threads. Sorry for your loss. It doesn’t make it any easier but most of us here have been through it. A good dog makes our lives so much better and they ask for little in return.

Buried another one today. My long time rabbit dog, a beagle named Duke.He's been retired a couple of years. D.O.B. 08/02/2004 to 12/29/2020. Seems as though 2020 has been a little rough on my dogs too.
