Looking at the CSD100 for 1 oz loads. What is the wall thickness on the shotcup? Any favored load advice for this wad?

Myself, I prefer the csd118 and make up the space with filler.

There are 15 Lightning Steel loads with that wad, they are all basically the same, 1oz steel at 1425-1650 fps, just using different hulls and primers, so you just find the hull primer combo you have and load it up. I like LS #5, cheddite/ch209, 1608fps, 9640psi.
LS#6 uses an old once fired cheddite hull vs. new, 1645fps, 11020psi. I have a bunch of those Herters olive or maroon hulls from skeet, and the plastic on them loads up excellent. But any cheddite hull will do. Or the Rio, the Federal G&T made by Rio, the Estate, the Fed Top Gun, Fed GM, or Rem STS or GC. All of them are about the same, slight diff in amount of Asteel powder, maybe a win or Fed primer.

What Dave said..... LS recipes in #3 shot. I also like the Cheddite loads - they are duck smackers!
