Local Hunting/ Hunting Partner

I attend auburn university and am looking for areas to hunt around Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. I don't want any specific locations just areas such as lakes and WMAs. I am willing to put in time on the road up to around 4.5 hours or so. I am getting a boat so that's no problem. I am also interested in a knowledgeable partner as I am relative new to waterfowl hunting. Any help is appreciated.
