Had to travel to Northern Virginia Wednesday this week for work, and saw that regular at Fredericksburg ( a town/surrounding counties with population of 125,000, right on I-95) was $2.05/07. Same price in Northern Virginia.
My small town (an hour southeast of Fredericksburg) was holding at $1.99.
