Supposed to head down for a hunt on cedar island with a guide a buddy knows personally. Just curious if anyone has been having any good hunts down there.

I'm sure that your guide can get y'all on some ducks, but right now most of Eastern NC is experiencing real low numbers so I bet the numbers won't be normal there. I definitely believe y'all can get some limits, but your guide will have to be pretty dang good to know where the remaining birds are at. Good luck to y'all.

National Weather Service marine forecast for the sounds are for 15-20 knot winds thru mid week. Although some wind is good for hunting expect to get beat to death on the boat ride to blinds. Its going to be choppy and rough next few days.
