scouting trips

spent some time on Pamlico sound lately fishing and scouting. only ducks I have seen are scoters. what are others seeing?

While deer hunting I have observed over the last week a pile of wood ducks, some teal, and even a few early mallards in the swamps. Other hunting buddies have reported similar sighting from other farms in different counties. Won't be long before a few start to show up on the sounds.
