Dog Blind Recomendation

Looking for a guide that has a good blind suitable for a young pup to get some marks out of. Don't want to be hoisting him in and out of a scissor rig. Would love to find a good blind that the dog can get in and out of and mark from.(seemingly hard to find!) I don't care if we just shoot buffleheads. Any recommendation are greatly appreciated
