Good Opening day to mid season

The woodies did not disappoint and our family lab we have been training made his first retrieves. Woodie spots we have scouted look good lots of birds. Have not seen the migration of ducks around the shallotte and Lockwood rivers yet still early and needs to cool down some more. Reports from guides to our north looked good too!!!! Looks like cold weather made it in the nick of time.
