Bottom line- quote from report- 2017 was the first year without any SAV observed. SAV is submerged aquatic vegetation- NONE! Glad something being done. Ducks need food besides corn.
Pro staff: Pop Tarts, Little Debbie, Armour Vienna Sausage! Just an old duck hunter that grew up hunting from Moes lake to McGirts Lake in beautiful Sparkleberry Swamp.

Can they drain the lake to kill all the carp? That usually solves the problem for a number of years.

the lake is below sea level, it is 40K+ acres. they have gates to keep sound water out there is no place to put the water.
I think netting is the answer.

However, there will be meetings about it for the next 10 years.
