Highly doubt the increased revenue will be used to improve current game land habitat conditions. As it stands now, most permit hunts aren't even worth $1 to apply for.
I kill more ducks in one week on public water than you and your "Crews" or "Teams" would even think of killing all season. I work hard, scout and abide by the law...but still kill the crap out of ducks.

Good new!!!!! If everyone would work together we could hunt (for only a hunting license fee and a duck stamp) the potentially good areas of public water in Pamlico, Carteret, Dare and Currituck counties. Lots of ducks there, the Public Trust Doctrine says you can hunt there, and only a few greedy/selfish elitist keeping you from it.
Why worry about Mattumuskeet or Pamlico point, hunt near the shore (not on it) anywhere along the coast.
