Anybody get any good permits? I got Spring Creek November opener and Mattamuskeet alittle later in the season.

Hope you magically have a decent weekend at skeet. You’ll be the only one. That place is garbage now.

Yea I don’t have my hopes to high. I’m actually in the youth hunt November 23-24 so maybe the birds will work good. Last year to try to get the youth mattamuskeet and I got it. Gunna bring a friend with a swan permit to try to get that filled there. I’ve never shot a widgeon or pintail and hoping I can get one of those there or maybe at spring creek.

I drew a Swan Permit. That’s all I applied for this year.
The highlight of the year last season was sitting in a field blind watching swan come into our decoys for almost an entire afternoon. I had shot one the day before over water: I was just there for the show. One of the coolest waterfowl experiences of my life.
