Swan Permit

Postby CatFan » Fri Sep 11, 2020 6:32 am

My buddy and I are going to try for swan permits this year. Is there an advantage for us being in the same part for that or is it better for us to each do it separately and not be in the same party?

I would recommend doing a party. All it does is make sure you both get the permit or you both do not get the permit. I do not think there is an advantage either way but if you are not in the same party he may get it and you dont or vice versa.

Concur. It doesn’t increase your chances, but it’s no fun swan hunting when you all don’t have a permit

Thanks. We did it as a party. We're not going on a dedicated swan hunt but they were seen last year at one of the properties we hunt so we decided to try for them just in case.
