I'll add you there will be room for you on a team somewhere. My two teams are full but by doing it this way we can take more guys out this year just need a CO for each team to take control of that team.

Hi guys! I would love to come out with a group on Sunday. I served in the Navy as a Machinist Mate from 2001 to 2006 and was stationed on the Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). It'd be great to meet some of y'all. Oh and I live on the Wet-side but am more than happy to travel. Thanks for getting this going

I hate to change the plans but I looked at the regs and goose hunting is not open on that Friday. Sunday works the best for me that weekend.

The goose hunt is in Goose Mgmt area 4 right? Goose is closed not only that Friday, but every friday except for the dates that are specifically listed.

"Goose Mgmt Area 4 Saturdays, Sundays, & Wednesdays only:Oct. 13 - Jan. 20
Nov. 22, 23; Dec. 25, 27, 28, 31; Jan. 1, & every day Jan. 21-27"

I will be leading a team on Friday the day before Veteran's day on the East Side, Goose hunt, and I will also be leading a team on Saturday Veteran's day here on the Westside. If you are on the east side and want in on that hunt let me know in your post. If you are on the west side but one of the first 6 and you want to hunt on Saturday also put that in your post.

Made the changes to the days so please read what day you will be going. The goose hunt with North Flight Waterfowl is now on Veterans day Sunday Nov 11. The West side hunt is now on Saturday. The group that is sponsoring on the West side has a lodge that we could stay in on Friday and be a four wheeler ride away from the hunting spots.

The group will provide a BBQ after the hunt at the lodge if we would like to stay at it. They have offered the lodge to us for $50 a man which is a great deal and no need for an early morning drive.

So for those of you on the west side duck hunt let me know so I can reserve the lodge for us if we want it. :beer:

I promised my family that if tested well and made my promotion, I would take them to Disneyland. Well I made it and as luck would have it, we can only go over Veteran's Day weekend. Thanks so much for the offer and putting this together, but I'm going to miss it....once again! :no:
