I promised my family that if tested well and made my promotion, I would take them to Disneyland. Well I made it and as luck would have it, we can only go over Veteran's Day weekend. Thanks so much for the offer and putting this together, but I'm going to miss it....once again!

Are you serious?

Let me know about the Vet hunt.
Well you need to thank Cargodoyle

Terrell - A shellback is a person who has crossed the equator. A golden shellback crosses at the international dateline and an emerald shellback crosses at the prime meridian. It's a sailor thing.

Where is the goose hunt located?
I don't know about the lodge...something about staying at a lodge with a bunch of random people I met over the internet raises red flags... even more flags since I know we'll all have guns.

I've met up with people I've met online multiple times and I've never been raped or shot. I've been the butt of jokes, but that's about it. Everybody I met at the bbq terrell hosted were class acts and I'd have no issue ever meeting them at random for a hunt.

Speaking of terrell, how are you going to be on the east side and the west side at the same time?

The west side hunt is Saturday Nov 10 and the east side hunt is Sunday Nov 11. So I will hunt with the west side group on Saturday and then head across the pass to hunt with the east side group on Sunday. Those on the stand by list will also get together to hunt on Sunday as well.

For now you are on the standby list but if you end up on the west side hunt you don't have to stay in a lodge with a bunch of random people. You can just meet that group of random people at 0-dark thirty in a random field when they all have their guns handy.
You must have been in the Coast Guard....
