Torrington

There is 12" of snow from the last storm. We hunted today and didn't see many geese and what geese we did see were flying down the river toward nebraska. Think we may have lost our birds for the year.

Went out for ducks on Wednesday and dang it was cold! Truck said -32 in town and there was a 5-10 mph wind when I got to the rive I hunted. If I coulda shot straight with my super heavy gloves, it would have been a limit of green in under an hour. Instead I walked with a pair of green and a goldeneye. A third greenhead sailed somewhere into 1.5' of snow where the pup and myself couldn't locate it sadly. My Wyoming season may be concluded now unless the G&F tells me my 2014 license is good til then end of season which I haven't been able to find any info on  seems kinda silly if it expires 9 days before the end of season
Every day I try to be the person my dog thinks I am. If I have accomplished this when my time comes, I feel I will have had a pretty good life.
