I grew up hunting ducks in Oklahoma. I moved to Indiana 6 years ago and it's been a slow process for me to get back into duck hunting up here.

Yeah, that's part of that "slow process" - duck hunting up here just ain't the same as what it was back in Oklahoma. It seems like by the time December comes around, most of them have already flown South. I could be wrong. But when I travel back to Tulsa for Christmas, there's plenty of mallards just hanging about every where down there and not one to be seen up here.
Everybody I know here in Indiana just hunts deer. Which, I've started to get into also.
