Got picked for the 8th of November, 2nd pick. Never duck hunted down there just deer, can anyone give me some advise.

I haven't hunted over there in 20 years. Used to be a marsh area and lake area. Marsh was where you wanted to be and a few on the lake. No idea what it is like now. We actually did better on the river back then.

lots of woodies in marsh , they pick areas now with so many parties allowed in each. marsh should be good pick alot of work done over last yr or so with DU on improvments in area . how many in youre group? might be able to hook u up with a local that knows the place well if u need another.

if u r in eville u need to get over there and scout is best bet. nov 8th is early for big ducks but should be teal and wood ducks for a great shoot.
