Looking to make some sort of poppers for a cook out.. thinking some crab meat would be good in them. Anybody have any good recipes?

A mixture of cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese blended together, then add bacon bits, chopped cilantro, chopped green onion, dash of cumin. Its delicious

This, but I wrap them in bacon instead of adding bacon bits. Depending on what kind of bacon you but, you might want to pre-cook the bacon just a little before wrapping it on. I don't, but I've head of people who do. Secure your bacon with a toothpick.

See, I figure that by wrapping them in bacon, you could stuff them with dead mice and people would still love them.
