Yesterday I shot a couple of Canada's and threw them in a cooler whole and iced them down within 2 hours of the kill. I meant to clean them last night when I got home but started getting the boat rigged up for ducks since our opener was today and forgot to clean them. How long do they keep good on ice? I'd hate to throw them away but don't want to get sick.

The goose from early season we shot sat on ice for a couple days before I cleaned them. They were fine, and made delicious sloppy joes
