Good ways to cook rabbits?

I'm going out tomorrow and all plays out I'll have some rabbits to cook up.....I've never tried it.....any good ideas?

For the older and tougher rabbits:
Rabbit Sauce piquant, rabbit ragu, smoked rabbit and andouille gumbo,

For tender young rabbits:
crawfish stuffed leg of rabbit with brandy cream sauce, fried rabbit, rabbit jambalaya, rabbit stew with potatoes and carrots...
The Cajun 7 Course Meal; 1 lb. of boudin and a six pack of Abita beer.
