Whoever you are... it worked!!

I got a goose recipe and I cant remember who posted it. They talked about marinating in Dr. Pepper after your brine solution to tenderize. It worked great!! I soaked breasts in salt water(fridge) for 5 days changing water every day. I made kabobs with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, bacon, and squash. Mixed up some honey and soy sauce to brush on while grilling . It was really good...so if you have suggested soaking goose in Dr Pepper to tenderize..thanks because it worked. Oh! I injected Dr Pepper in the meat as well as soaked. Thanks again.

Really? I guess they all work then...
I bet Ginger Ale may add an asian fling if that's the way you are taking your recipe then....
