If you like cabbage, you will love this. I start by soaking the breasts in a mixture of Worcestershire sauce, italian dressing and bourbon overnight. Then I quarter a head of purple cabbage and place the quarters on a large piece of foil. Each quarter will have its own pouch. Add the duck breasts and season with some Creole. Then add a liberal amount of butter in each pouch. Add some diced jalapenos and chopped peppered bacon. Fold up the pouches so they dont leak and throw it on the grill for about 35 minutes. Delicious!
