You can do Goose Gyros in the oil less frier....Jehler has a goose gyro recipe somewhere on DHC.

I'm skeptical of the oil less fryer. Isn't oil what makes something fried (and good)?

I thought the same thing till I tried it . Cooking pulled pork in it today.

Frying without oil is like sex without a partner,you can get it done but it's just not the same!
