I see there is a new wave of pressure cookers on the market. I love my crock pot and wanted to know if any of you guys run one of these PC'ers....
Is the outcome basically just a faster crock pot? Or is there more to it?

Slack,
I've also been considering a pressure cooker for many meats.
Have just recently been given a recipe for deep fried goose finger steaks that has really turned my head.
Guess the wife is getting me a really nice fryer for my birthday in two weeks, so my desire to purchase a pressure cooker may wait just a little while for now. But...I will have one!
So the words Fall and Autumn are not to be capitalized?
They are in my world.

There is something nice about the low and slow, all day method of a crock pot. We just had Irish stew yesterday and it was great.
