I need a recipe for BBQ'd Phesant. I realized I still have a few whole birds left in the freezer, and since I'm making crane fajitas tomorrow, I figured I'd make use of the mesquite fire and make some pheasant too. Anyone have any ideas? I might just soak it in a olive oil based marinade and cook it like a chicken, but if there's another way then I would be delighted to hear.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not sure

Check out BBQpitboys.com. They have a good pheasant recipe. Entertaining videos and lots of fun game recipes. Personally other than poppers I like to make pheasant Parmesan with breasts and slow cook thighs and legs for pulled BBQ sammies.
