Snow Goose Outfitter Recommendation

I'm looking for recommendations for an outfitter, either in SE PA, DE, or the Eastern Shore of MD, for a snow goose conservation hunt. I'm trying to pull together a spring hunt including a few friends from out of town; so, erring on the side of quality makes the most sense to me.

Anyone have opinions they're willing to share?
