Roaring River State Park
Its going to be quite crowded on weekends till about late april- mid may.
Keep an eye on their rainfalls, if the river has a flash flood on a wdnesday or thursday. There won't be as many people and the river will be a bit stained. Hence you can get away with 4lb and throw nothinn but spins, cranks, and spoons.
