17-18 West TN Lease Options

Looking for lease options in west tn for 17-18 season. Several friends and I have been in Arkansas and Missouri the last 4 years and would like to be in Tennessee this year. Would like something with timber but open to anything that has a productive history. I already have a few leads for us but nothing locked down so am still searching.
