Looks like everything in Hyde has been put off until May 3, and in Currituck, it's April 20.

The Currituck case isn't the same people and it's a speeding ticket. Him and his dad have charges in Hyde.

On another board someone posted that he had reached an out of court settlement (not sure in a criminal case that is the appropriate description). It was also reported the case has an order blocking public disclosure of the final disposition.

Seems there may be some home cooking going on. who knows.

Have no facts to back this up.

Both his and his dad's cases are gone off the court website, so it didn't get continued again.

Haven't heard either way but it takes a few days for the websites to update sometimes, and I've seen them disappear when it was postponed for like 6 months, then show up again closer to the new date.

Catfan, the case was settled. The DA allowed them to plea to misdemeanors and dropped the felonies. Sad. I think he did lose NC hunting privileges for two years. He will probably continue to hunt and take his chances with a weak court system and get off.
