don taylor: Sent me this picture and wanted me to post this on his behalf. Its a 58 point buck that was hit by a car, I do not know the full story so you will have to consult him, maybe he will post it up.

My phone was forwarded a message from a hunting buddy that's also a co-worker. he just got the message that it was found on the side of the rt 422 in butler county PA. It was hit by a car and he found it on his way to work. He says he has it. Some friends of mine and I have come up with it must be from a deer farm. There are some in the area. Has anybody seen this deer's photo before? Is it a joke?

That rack is worth a small fortune.People would swerve to hit that buck.I would not be surprized if someone shot it and said they hit it with a car.

That is the same picture of a buck that was circulating around southern Illinois last year of a 41 pointer that was supposed to have been hit by a car on Rt 13 just east of Carbondale Illinois. The picture was supposedly taken by a Southern Illinois University policeman with his cell phone. :yes:

This buck was shot in Ohio by a amish guy! You can google Amish Buck and there are many stories about it!! It is actually called the "Amish Buck".

The buck was green scored two days later by Jason Schrock, an official scorer for the Ohio Buckeye Big Buck Club. The buck's gross green score was 304 non-typical, it had 36 score-able points, an inside spread of 26-2/8 inches, after deductions the rack scored an amazing 295-7/8. After a 60 day drying period the deer will be officially scored by a panel of scorers from the Buckeye Big Buck Club.
