I prepared a pair of mallards using the Michael Gelman recipe....Bout slapped the taste buds right outa my mouth  Even the wife clean plated...I used a White Zienfendel instead of red wine, that went well with dinner as well. Served with asperagus and garlic mashed potatoes. Whens dinner? Y'all have a nice day!

Put ya a couple cubed mallard breasts in a baking dish. Dump in a can of cream of mushroom soup and a packet of onion soup. Cover very tightly with tinfoil. Bake 350 for about 1.5 to 2 hours. Serve over broad egg noodles and tell her its beef...worked for me  Y'all have a nice day!
