The weather is going to dictate when the ducks migrate. The past several years have been mostly warmer than normal and the migration has been poor, Here in S. Indiana the season has been open since Thanksgiving and I haven't even looked at my hunting gear yet. However, I've seen seasons in which everything was froze up by now and the duck hunting was zip. The seasons are about as late as they need to be because they are beginning to pair up for the spring. If you're going to be in this sport, you have to take the good with the bad. :tounge: :tounge:

YOU GUYS JUST DONT KNOW WHERE TO HUNT...........IVE LIMITED OUT EVERY TIME OUT DURING EARLY SEASON...........AND NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH SEEING GEESE WHEN SEASON IS IN........WE HAVE MIGRATORS AROUND NORTHEAST INDIANA RIGHT NOW

Yes for geese, no for ducks cuz we're froze out anyways. Byut the geese dont even get here till our season is over, especially in the north zone
