A search will give the info you want - both are discussed often and recently, so a page or two in you should get some good info without a search. Basically they are the same gun, just a different wrapper. The Browning has the semi-hump, a la Auto-5, the Winny doesn't, but it comes with a shim kit that will let you adjust the drop and cast yourself, which the Browning doesn't.
The gas system is the same in both - they should both cycle anything well once cleaned (they come loaded with oil that needs to be cleaned off). Both high quality guns, the Winchester is sweet looking in the black syn with the grey finished steel, and they should both last a very long time if you take care of them. The Winny tends to run about a hundred bones more than the Browning.
