Archery turkey and pigs in California first week of april is as close as I can come.

was planning on going Memphis & Arkansas from there but after talking to my buddy who has a flooded rice field there & a few timber holes EVERYTHING is froze up solid...not good. All the birds have moved to the river

AR and MS are pitiful and that's from "proven" locations. Put out the turkey feeders.

me and my brother are meeting up with a cousin who lives in ND that has been hunting them for years. we are basically just along for the ride, he has the places, decoys, ecallers, ect... i have never done it before. this is the first year out of school so i finally have some time to get after it. if you have the means of getting decoys ND is about as good of place as any i have heard of for trying it out. 50 bucks for a non-res spring license, and probably the sweetest land access laws i have ever heard of. might be worth checking in to.
