I'll second the BBQ recipe posted above. Just put in the duck/goose meat, dump in a whole bottle of BBQ sauce, fill that up with water, shake, and dump that water in there too. Cook on low for 6 hrs or so and it pulls apart like good pork. Pull it and use it for sandwiches or tacos. It's so good and so easy.

6 duck breast cubed
1# smoked sausage cubed
1 onion diced
chopped garlic
can of diced tomatos
can of beans, black, pinto, whatever you have
can of V8
Beef broth

Brown duck and sausage, then dump in crockpot

Brown onion and garlic in same pan. Dump in crockpot

Add rest of ingredients. Use enough beef broth to cover

Cook until duck falls apart. I like to serve over rice with some hot sauce. Its always a hit at duck camp.

Pulled Goose

3-4 goose breasts
1 Med-Large Onion
1 Med-Large Green Pepper
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
16 oz of your favorite beer
1 bottle favorite BBQ sauce

Cut goose across grain in 1/2" strips and place in crock pot. Add Salt & Pepper to meat. Slice Onion & Green Pepper and place on top of meat. Pour in Beer. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Drain & discard Onion, Green Pepper & Beer. Fork shred meat. Add BBQ sauce and heat. Serve on rolls - feeds 6-8. Ridiculous.
a good recipe) but I would add more truffle oil, lime juice and sesame seeds
