Has anyone converted GHG Hotbuy decoys into waterkeels? I have been thinking about taking the cap off the back and maybe drilling out some of the front for the water to flow trough. I hike to a lot of my spots and the lost weight would be great.

My only concern is that the cord is tied on in the front and there is not much room to drill to the front. Maybe on the bottom towards the front or something? I guess the hole doesn't have to be very big, I will try it out on a few and post some pics.
