Just bought me a Beretta A400 Color wood and blue. Very nice looking gun and soft shooter. Planning on using it for everything from skeet to ducks. Does anyone here use this gun and what are your thoughts on it?

Have the camo version with KO and its a soft shooter however I prefer to shoot the A300 over it as the Outlander points better.

I have the Beretta A400 Xtreme in camo and 26" barrel.
I can crack the door on the gun safe and wink at it, and somewhere a clay bird is gonna explode.
I had a Winchester SX3 with a 26" barrel as well, but I wanted my son to have a nice quality gun and gave it to him.
He can have the A400 a couple of days after I'm buried and they know for sure I won't be needing it again.

I have Beretta autos all the way back to the AL-2. Loved the kick off on my Extrema 2. I have both the A-400 Xtreme and the plus. Kick off is awesome. Now that I shoot mostly 1-1/4 Oz and 1-3/8oz of bismuth. There is little to no recoil. Some of the larger payload steel that's moving 1500 plus. Still some recoil. The kickoff works as advertised.

I've owned all the Benellis including the 3. Brownings,Remington,Winchester,Retay,Franci just to name a few.
For this goose season I am going to shoot a black a400 plus, a camo a400 plus and a white camo a400 plus all with kickoffs.
I've never been a Beretta fan until the XTreme plus come out and now that's all I shoot. Puts all the others to shame and yes that includes all the black eagles.

I'd appreciate you sending a few of those geese back upriver off the FHBs so I can kill 'em with my A400.
Been a few years since I hunted Boon creek and don't want to muck about with the Beretta in all that mud.
Me? I'd rather stand up out of my arm chair and wait on 'em to finish on hard ground

This is my first season shooting an A400 Xtreme Plus. It shot very nice patterns on the pattern board this past summer and has been a pleasure to shoot out of my layout this fall. Everything has worked flawlessly so far.

I have the A400 Xtreme Plus, 26 inch. Had it 2 years. Lots of clays and 1 duck season. Hard hunting in all weather ( not enough shooting to suite me) and never a single issue. Easy to clean and maintain. Have to see the target good or else will shoot over top. Something I had to get used to as my SX3, I just covered target up. Shoots touch high from what I have always used. Adjusted to it quickly. ONLY thing I don't care for is I can feel too much recoil on my cheek. May just be me.
