To me, the wading jacket was just a shorter rain shell in camo.....didnt really see how it would function better than what something much less expensive would do. If I hunted in the pouring rain, maybe the wading jacket, but unless I hunt 60% of the days in a season, I dont see the need. However, the Dakota Hoodie and Duck Oven are interesting pieces. Leaning toward the Dakota after trying them on.

Yeah I see the wading jacket is just a shell so I have not decided on what to get, I mostly hunt New Mexico now and it rarely rains, but I use a Kayak so waterproof may be nice.

Looked at both the Dakota and Duck oven, but no where local to handle them.

The way their gear fits me is worth the money!
