I don't have much to compare to, but if pressed to answer...I'd probably say north central MN. Of course I am slightly biased.

In your opinion where is the best region south north west etc for waterfowl?

For divers - north central MN. For puddlers, west central MN, and the divers there are close second IMO to N central.
