Well, YEA :thumbsup: That there be good ole red slaw. Man that`s good stuff.
My wife is originaly from PA. And her family comes down twice a year to visit and hunt in God`s country ( hey that`s what they call it ). But when they are here, they LOVE to have Southern BBQ and red slaw. Just close your eyes and take a bite. Most love it after they try it

I can handle the roasted pork shoulder with the ketchup sauce on it, but that red "slaw" stuff is nasty. Why not do your in-laws a favor - take them down east, and treat them to some REAL BBQ and real slaw (not red, but the way God intended for it to be)?
