Mid 90's 20 HP 2 stroke Mercury, short shaft 15" transom, weighs approx 115lbs. $650 gets the motor, tank and fuel line. Runs excellent. Starts on the second pull. Already painted in duck Hunter camo. Lower unit oil changed beginning of last season, carb rebuilt 2 years ago, and newer CDI ignition box. Impeller is 2 years old, has great water pressure. No damage to body, hood, or prop. Scoots my 14' flatty, 2 adults, child, and full duck hunting load at 21 mph. Fresh water rinse after every use and carb run dry. Only reason I am selling is because I just upgraded to 25 to 4 stroke

Jack Ass brand manual motor lift. Rated for up to a 40 hp 2 stroke. I had a 20 hp on it with Zero issues.
All zerks were replaced when I rebuilt about 2 years ago. New hardened rods and angle iron were all cut and welded in by during rebuild. I also added grease caps to help keep the grease on the moving parts of the unit. It has some surface rust but works great, it could use a new piece of plywood in the next couple of years but the one that is on there works fine.
$175 and it's yours.
I am the second owner, original owner paid nearly $400 about 25 years ago. They dont make these anymore as far as I know.
These are all steel, not cheap aluminum, it weighs about 30-35 pounds.
This is the fastest way to get your motor out of the water in a hurry. About 1 second and pushing down on the lift arm can take your motor completely out of the water or just lift it an inch or two.

8 1/2 foot all welded Gregor V-Hull with 69" beam, center consol. 40 H.P. Suzuki: 2 stroke. 1984 boat and 1983 motor. Runs great! Used very little (9 days in 2019-2020 season). Stored indoors, very clean and no dents.

SOLD! 13' 4" aluminum duck boat for sale, with 40 decoys, two jerk strings, three wood seats for sitting in tules, 12 volt Minn Kota 55 pound thrust trolling motor with 12 volt battery, two fishing seats, two wood oars.
The tires, wheels, hubs and bearings were all installed new 4 years ago. The wheels and bearings have never been in the water. The trailer lights all work.
