1) fish . . . alot
2) carve a dozen cork scoter decoys and a dozen cork goldeeye decoys
so I've carced one before (with 4H) but I need help figureing out where to get paint cork wood (for the heads).
any advice on carving cork would be very helpful thanks

try this site...The Duck Blind....great tutorials and instructional videos....all the tools you'll need from basics on to the custom stuff...also paints and everything else such as differnt levels of cork. In fact, I think he is having a Christmas Sale in effect now.

Willy McDonald is an excellent carver and is very customer friendly.

There are many sources of materials tools and paints, but this I have found to be very good, fair priced and Willy will talk you through any questions.
