Thinking about hunting the Chouteau WMA opening day does anyone have any tips or suggestions or has anyone checked it out yet? I plan on scouting Friday the 12th to c what it looks like over there.

I would be more than happy to let everyone know how things go opening day. If the counts the ODW came out with are accurate which they usually arent then it will be rough hunting everywhere but saltplains as always.
hunt the back pond but get there early try to be the first one there .
or the first pond to the left when your on the dike there little pond just north of the big pond. Good luck
