I like to keep it simple. I cube the meat and marinade it overnight. (use what ever is your favorite marinade sauce). I cook it up in a fry pan on medium high heat. Meantime I have hash browns a browning (or grits for you Rebels out there) and I use the blender to whip up 3 eggs real good and add the eggs once the meat is cooked and then scramble them up and serve with the 'taters. Or you could do an omlette and add the meat once the eggs are half cooked and then add cheese or whatever else you like to it. I do the later way most of the time. Either way it is a Mmmmmm Mmmmmmmm Gooooood Breakfast!
