Made a trip down to CT to end the regular goose season....Wed afternoon int he misty drizzle had some early success just after noon....then oyesterday the fog was pretty ntense, but made the geese easy to decoy....just needed a couple of clucks and only put out 20 dekes....as soon as you could see them they were in range.....was picky for the second birds because I wanted to get the snow that has been with the main flock, but he never came in....wanted to be on the road by noon so took another Canada....visibility was poor on the highway and was glad to be home just after dark.

I'll be tryiong to keep abreast of the weather and conditions on the coast for the late season....would greatly appreciate general updates from you CT folks!!!!!! I just don't want to waste a drive trailering the boat and the lodging etc, for no action.
