i was just wondering does anyone seperate your decoys, like keep the mallards and pitails and woodducks together or put them alone with their own group.

throw them together. Like to get the drake pintails on the outside edge cause the white really stands out.

Like um to mingle together on occassion.

:withstupid: most of the time i jsut toss em' if hunting liek a privet pound i might put a group to the side of another species for confodence...(makes sure the duck have to fly past you to get to the small group..just a hint)

we usually just throw them together. sometimes we put the drake pintails together in the group of dekes. seems to help for pintails.
