I wonder if this very harsh sentence has something to do with all of Creepy Joe's mostly incoherent tough guy talk about regime change in Russia and silly name calling.

I don't care what country you are in, nine years for some personal use liquid cannabis is rough. And my understanding is Brittany will go to a penal colony which I think means giant barracks and forced labor.

Though I do not like the idea of trading a guy known as the Merchant of Death for her, I do hope she is released given her crime was not a violent one, but simply being a stupid, pampered American athlete.

If she is released, I wonder if her hate and disdain for America might fade a bit. I doubt it. However, maybe the publicity surrounding this will wise up some idiots who think they can do anything they want while vacationing in other countries.

I get some mixed feelings over these things. I'm a pretty radical libertarian. If she had a pound of crack, as long as she's not selling it to children, I really don't care. So I think 9.5 years for hemp oil is absolutely insane.

BTW, it is not the men's NBA and the women's NBA. It is the everybody's NBA, men, women, transgender, ... No restrictions whatsoever.

However, the women's NBA is restricted to women and if not know but sadly in the future men that identify as women who will dominate. In bowling or golf, that's called a handicap league. It's a way to level the field for those that are not the best at the sport, but still have fun. I had a lot of fun competing against my roommate when he gave me a stroke a hole. It leveled the field and then both of us had to play our best and we usually came out even or close to it. No stroke a hole and it's not a competition. Same with the women of the WNBA.
