i just got a new black lab. hes 7 months old and i was wondering if it was too late to start training him. if it is not to late does anyone have any tips to help me with?
It isnt too late by any means. As far as tips go there would be way too many to offer non-specifically so in general get yourself a good instructional tool, book or there are some great videos available.
Not too late - many trainers do not get into earnest training for the first 12 months. I will assume you have the basics started - come, sit, heel and stay. Once those are stablished you are on your way. The biggest issue for you is.....time....and alot of patience and perseverance!
The payoff is well worth it!!!
Good luck
